Posted one new essay. I can’t
find the other’s on my computer. I’m
at my parents’ house, so the updates are going even more slowly (I wasn’t
able to do anything on the site this weekend), but I’m finished with the
backlog for my site. So expect a
journal entry sometime soon, and updates in everyone else’s section. Paula’s section won’t be updated until
next week, as I didn’t bring my scanner with me.

- Romeo
and Juliet: Feminism, Gender
Roles, and Marriage – My final project for Introduction
to Critical Approaches in the Study of Literature, done in a group with
three others. My own grade on the
project was a B+ (not bad considering that the internet jacks in the
classroom were disconnected so we just had to wing the presentation).
- Zzang Poetry ‘Zine
– A literary journal I published in print and online for a year.
- Hook Erika Up Contest – A game I made out of
being single. The site is pretty
funny. [I’m not single anymore, so don’t try to hook me up.]
- Jerky!
– I played guitar for about a year, and this was my band for a few
months of that time. Try to not
laugh too hard, and bear in mind that the good songs never got recorded
(i.e. “ABC’s, STD’s”, “Spy Song”, “Hick
Theme”). There used to be a lot
more up there, I’m not sure what happened to all of it. When I get my old files off of my
laptop or find the CD-R of the music, I’ll try to upload the rest.
- Roadkill Scavenger Hunt
– Erica and I sent our friends on a quest for the strangest roadkill
sites imaginable, and they took up the challenge!

provide their own answers and thoughts on others’ answers. Questions will range from the ethical
(“Is it right to kill a thousand people to cure humankind of headaches
forever?”) to the aesthetic (“What is poetry?”) and from the
hypothetical (“What is the first thing you’d do if I gave you one
million dollars?”) to the real (“Who is the best band, ever?”).

to keep this site running. Any amount
is appreciated, from ten cents to, well; I really don’t have a limit. Anyone who donates will have access to the
“Support Group” board at the Forum for the month in which they donated where
exclusive art by the Burble Net artists will be on display. All money collected from donations will be
used only for the maintenance of Burble Net and its forums (hosting and
bandwidth fees, etc.).
